As you have probably heard of the amazing benefits the turmeric. Turmeric can help fight inflammation, potentially helping reduce your risk of various chronic diseases so we have decided to add some to our Acai bowl.
Super Power Açai Bowl Prep Time: 10 mins
Ingredients for two bowls:
2 x 100ml packs of Acai & Co Organic Acai
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/3 cup frozen organic mixed berries
1/2 cup of your choice drink (Oat Milk/Almond Milk/Coconut Milk/ apple Juice or just water)
1 tsp of turmeric powder
Toppings:
Cherries
1/3 cup of Homemade granola (I will share the recipe with you guys soon)
a dollop of peanut butter
banana
a spoon of Manuka Honey
Instructions
Add all ingredients into your high-powered blender, then blend until everything has smoothly combined. Blend until smooth. If the blend is a little too thick, try adding a splash more your preferred drink. Then pour the blend into a bowl, add your toppings and enjoy staying healthy :)
