The simple banana helps to restock muscle glycogen levels and stops muscle breakdown, as well as being a source of potassium, an electrolyte necessary for muscular contraction.Strawberries have a low glycaemic index (GI) and therefore help moderate blood sugar release.

  • All our smoothies blend beautifully with 200ml apple juice, but for something different, try:
  • 100ml oat milk + 100ml vanilla yoghurt for a low GI post-workout treat (161kcal)
  • 200ml water + dash of maple syrup + 1 tbps of almond butter for a nutty pick-me up (181kcal)

    We pack and ship our orders on a Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery. Order by midnight on Sunday to ensure a delivery the same week.
